Capacity building and training

Capacity building and training take many forms. One of the key ones Edburgh consultants works on is capacity building of (local/regional/national) government institutions, so they are well-equipped to manage the problems associated with social, economic and environmental developments and to improve good governance.

Highlighted project

Croatia – European Commission - € 167 890 – 2007-2008
The goal of the project was to strengthen the capacity of 15 selected senior advisors in the Education and Training Agency, charged with providing conditions for raising the quality of the education process in Croatia, according to the model of Integrative Supervision and license them for supervision according to European Standards. The mission provided: in-service teacher training (TT), licensing of teachers, curriculum development, textbook review, audit and supervision.
