| Description: | The objective of the assignment is to achieve a high-quality selection process of projects in the field of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) following the 2008 call for proposals.All concept notes are evaluated according to relevance, effectiveness, feasibility and sustainability of action and reported in individual evaluation grids in electronic founat (Excel).Evaluation grids including written appraisals are prepared for each individual evaluation the same way as in the Concept Note phase of the call. The evaluation complies with the published evaluation grid and. the emphasis is placed on the financial and operational capacity, relevance, methodology, sustainability, budget and cost-effectiveness of proposed activity.
