The main objective of the basic Education Programme 2007 – 2010 is to improve access to quality of education, reduction of dropout rates, especially for girls and improve relevance and quality of education.
The Mid-Term Evaluation, will provide the decision-makers in HaC and partners:
• An independent assessment about the performance of the programme to date, paying particularly attention to the achievements of the actions against its overall objectives and purposes
• Key lessons and practical recommendations for follow-up
• An opinion on the relevance of the programme
