| The Vietnam Ministry of Health (MoH) has become increasingly active in leading donor coordination and harmonization. In order to overcome current shortcoming of fragmentation in sector policy, the MoH is implementing the first Joint Annual Health Sector Review (JAHR 2007) in collaboration with development community. The Review gave an overview of the health sector as it stands now, identified gaps and proposed solutions. The Review also recommend a list of performance indicators for annual measurement of health sector’s performance. |
