In order to complete the equipping and furnishing of substantial number of Technical and Vocational institutions in the Middle East services of the consultants are required. The dutiess will include and not be limited to:

• Creation of detailed specifications for equipment, furniture tools consumables for each specialisation
• The creation of detailed listings of equipment, furniture, tools and consumables for each specialisation.
• The design of detailed lay out plans indicating all distribution scheme’s including all items for each lab and workshop
• The generation of final cost estimates based on the agreed specifications
• Preparation of the final international bidding documents and guidance of the clients approval process of the documents involved in accordance with the SFD Guidelines
• Process management of the tender evaluation process – preparation of tender assessment report to be submitted to the clients representatives
• Supervision of the delivery of all goods involved from selection of the supplyer until the completion of supply of goods including the examination and receipt of the equipment
• Supervision of the installation of the equipment, checking operational states and training of relevant personnel
• Managing a effective administrative process
